Planning Appeal Lodged for Prime Timperley Site

Developer Harlex appeal the refusal of planning permission at the former World of Pets site.

The 7.2 acre site on Thorley Lane had plans drawn up for 116 new homes, with over 100 proposed to be energy efficient. The planning permission was refused by Trafford Council in March 2022. Harlex plan to appeal this decision.
