We use a leading franchise mapping service to make sure there are enough homes in your territory. You will have a territory with approximately 300,000 households with a travel time of approximately 45 mins to drive across your territory (although some less densely populated areas may take longer).
Yes. You need to have a RICS, SAVA or other comparable surveying qualification.
Yes. You get help and have access to lots of templates to make sure you comply with RICS regulations.
Yes. Many high street banks have franchise departments that lend franchisees up to 50% for the franchise fee.
