You receive the Set Up Manual before you start the initial training. This includes steps you can take before the training commences. 

The 5 days of initial training builds on the Set Up Manual and covers everything to set up, market, sell and operate your business. It includes on site surveys to show you how we do things. 

Following the initial training we expect you’ll be ready to start your own surveys in your location.

We use a leading franchise mapping service to make sure there are enough homes in your territory. We aim for a travel time of 45mins to travel across your territory (although some less densely populated areas may take longer).

Not at all. You get all the help you need to put in place a mix of marketing to generate the leads you need to fill your diary. 

You get training and guidance on how to sell your services. We believe in non pressure sales techniques.

Franchise Costs

Initial Set Up Fees and Costs

As with any new business there are initial costs to purchase and set up a franchise surveying business.

Initial Franchise Fee

The fee to purchase a Survey Hut franchise is currently £15,000. This includes all the guidance you need to set up and operate your new business. There are finance options to help fund the franchise fee. Talk to us today to get further information.

Equipment

The second major cost to set up is your surveying equipment, laptop and iPad. You need to set aside a budget of approximately £2,000 for this. You get a full list of what is needed.
