Level 2

Good for traditionally constructed properties with limited extensions or conversions built in the last 100 approximate years. A great all rounder!

Level 2 PLUS

Our most popular survey. Covers more than your average survey. Uses a drone to check the upper areas and a thermal imaging camera to check for damp.

Level 3

A step up in detail and investigation. This RICS home survey is for complex, non-traditionally constructed properties with multiple extensions, or conversions built over 100 years ago.

Level 3 MAX

Tailored to large, old, and complex homes, or those who want extra reassurance about the condition of services such as electric, gas and heating. On average £5,000 of additional repairs identified compared to our standard surveys.
